  • Langkah kaki akan terasa lebih ringan .
Kaki yang terasa berat / bengkak bisa disebabkan oleh sirkulasi darah yang buruk. Bisa juga karena gangguan jantung dan ginjal ,berat badan berlebih dan pola makan yang buruk. dengan menyisihkan waktu 20 menit sehari untuk mengangkat kedua kaki ke tembok,sirkulasi darah bisa lebih lancar dan langkah kaki pun akan terasa lebih ringan

  • Buat kalian kaum hawa ,cara ini bisa bikin tidak cepat lelah/capek saat mengenakan high-heels
Buat kalian yang sehari-hari dituntut untuk bekerja mengunakan sepatu high-heels ,dengan menyisihkan waktu 20 menit sehari untuk mengangkat kedua kaki ke tembok bisa jadi penolong mu,kalian  tidak akan cepat capek saat menggunakan high-heels karena sirkulasi darah bisa cepat kembali lancar karena cara ini.
